Wheel Welding Service
When alloy wheels have small cracks, welding services are needed. Depending on where the rim cracks are located, we’ll be able to safely perform wheel repair services to the metal. However, if the damage is too significant, we’ll source an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or aftermarket wheels at a fair price for you.
CNC Machine
Using a CNC Machine, the wheels can be safely repaired from damage, such as minor curb rash, without affecting the strength of the material. The machine will repair the surface of the alloy wheels and smooth out the welded areas.
Powder Coating
Once the wheel has been repaired, we’ll add a coating to restore the color to match your other alloy wheels. We use this in our shop because it creates a strong material. Once the coating has been applied, the alloy rims are baked in an oven at 400 degrees to cure.
Wheel Polishing
After the coating is applied, the wheels go through a final polishing step. A vibrating technique is used for the best polish. Then, a clear powder coat is applied to the wheels for lasting protection.
